Anne Heche became an American actress when she played in the soap opera Another World. She accused the actor of sexually assaulting her and later he passed away due to AIDS. As she and the only remaining sister defended their father, the relationship with her mother was not a good one. Her appearances on television included series and movies, such as "Fatal Delight," "The Brave,' 'Wild Side of the Moon,' Walking and Talking' as well as 'I Know What You Did Last Summer. The relationship to Ellen DeGeneres drew widespread controversy throughout her career. She then got married to Coley Lafoon, but separated from the couple afterward. James Tupper became her boyfriend and she gave birth to another child together with him. Her memoir, titled Call Me Crazy: A Memory, is an account her life's turbulence, which includes the abuse of her father as well as lesbian relations. Following her breakup with DeGeneres and her subsequent illness, she was plagued by mental and emotional problems and medical care was required. Anne Heche passed away in Los Angeles on 6 August 2022 after six days of a deadly car accident. She was just 53.
